Returns policy
Goods received by the customer can be returned to Equipet Retail within 7 days of receipt without being obliged to state any reason. In order to avail of this right the customer must contact us by telephone or email within this 7 day period. Once the goods have been received by Equipet Retail and are in same condition as dispatched and in full undamaged packaging we will refund related monies using your transaction method.

Goods returned to us must be posted to E-Commerce Department, Equipet Retail Ltd. Unit 1A, M1 Retail Park, Drogheda, Co. Louth. Equipet Retail do not cover the cost of returning goods to us.
Damaged Goods
If the product you receive is damaged please contact us immediately at number in Returns Policy section and we will refund you fully on receipt of goods including cost of return postage to us.
Your statutory rights are not affected by any of these conditions.
What if product develops a fault?
If your product develops a fault and is within manufacturers warranty you can return product to us. You will be liable for postage cost but we will dispatch replacement product to you at no cost to you subject to examination of returned product. If a replacement product is unavailable we reserve the right to issue a credit to the value of the goods or replace with a similar product. We cannot accept responsibility for products damaged due to misuse, accidental damage or where you have tried to repair product yourself. We will not accept responsibility for normal wear and tear of products that leads to later faults developing.
Dispatch & Delivery
Deliveries are dispatched on the next working day after order is placed. Receipt of goods is generally within 5 working days and should there be an item out of stock we will contact you immediately on receipt of order to make alternative arrangements or to arrange a later delivery date. Equipet Retail will not accept responsibility for non delivery where incorrect address details were supplied to us.

What happens if I cancel my order?
If you cancel your order prior to goods being dispatched we will refund transaction value to your credit/debit card. However if goods are in transit to you, you will be liable for cost of delivery.
What happens if my order is lost?
If your delivery fails to arrive within 10 working days please contact us immediately and we will track item for you. We operate a track & trace on every item dispatched and using this we will investigate immediately on your behalf. In unlikely case of no records being available and no conclusive evidence we will dispatch replacement order to you.
Delivery cost
Delivery cost is € 4.99 per delivery within Ireland. This is subject to a maximum weight of 30Kgs. If you are requesting delivery of an item / group of items in excess of 30Kgs we will notify you in advance of order of shipping cost.
Title
Title of goods remains with Equipet Retail until payment is received in full.
Payment Methods
Equipet Retail will receive payments authorised by Mastercard, VISA, Laser and Paypal. We do not accept payments in cash or cheques. If you wish to pay using Equipet Giftcards please telephone us at 041 9807410 between 9 AM and 5 PM Monday to Friday.
